Preparation and Direction for Application: New walls must be primed with Dulux Alkali Resisting Wall Filler and allow 8 hours for the surface to dry properly. Then apply Dulux Undercoat mixture as the base coat before applying the colour (one to two coats). On existing painted surfaces, remove loose scaled paint with a paint scraper. Fill cracks and surface imperfections with Dulux Acrylic Wall Filler/ Putty and allow 8 hours for the surface to dry. Use an appropriate sand paper to sand down the surface. Then apply Dulux Undercoat mixture as the base coat.

This will become the base coat that increases the hiding power of low opacity colours. Then apply one/two coats of low opacity colour to acquire the final finish.
