Coverage: Up to 100 sq ft/litre
Preparation: Surface must be sound, clean, dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease or wax. Remove all loose or defective paint or powdery residues by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff fibre brush and high pressure waterjet. Treat any area affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with dulux bio wash or apply fungicidal solution (230g bleaching powder and 230g of washing soda mixed in 3 gallons of water.) leave 24 – 48 hours and then scrub the surface and wash with high pressure water jet. Surface that remain powdery, friable or chalky after thorough preparation should be sealed with one coat of an appropriate primer.
Priming: Use crack bridging wall primer to cover hairline cracks and prevent moisture penetration.
Application: Apply 2 coats after priming. Use brush,roller or spray. Thin with water up to 10%. Do not Overthin.
